Symptoms

Outstanding VTV mount
VTV mount pending
MVC is mounted on RTD that is idle
VT D Q DET shows VTV recall is queued
VTV display shows the VTV is not resident
VTV display shows the VTV is migrated
MVC display shows the MVC is mounted
