Symptoms

Migration fails for STORCLAS !ERROR.
Migration fails for STORCLAS of the VTSS name.
Migration failed for no MVCs available.
Some or all VTVs fail to migrate.
Free MVCs are available.
Only named MVCPOOLs are defined.
There is no DEFAULTPOOL of MVCs.
