Symptoms

Maximum VTV size for an existing VTV remains at 400 MB when its management class has been changed to specify 800 MB (or 2GB, 4GB, 32GB)
VTV MAXVtvsz does not change to 2 GB
Maximum VTV size not changed to 4 GB
