Symptoms

SLS2984D ? on drive XXXX; shortage AA; MMMMMMMM; RRRRRRRR; SSSSSSSS; reply I /T,capid,vol /R /M,vol

Scratch from wrong subpool is used.
Scratch tapes being selected from wrong subpool.
