Symptoms

"onstat -l" shows informix database is down because the logical logs are not backed up.

Message in the ACSLS and Informix event logs:
"[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Incorrect password or user acsss is not known on the database server."

ACSLS HA is Down

ACSLS will not start up

ACSLS HA is failing over back and forth

ACSLS not starting

 

Changes

"acsss" or "informix" user password expired
