Symptoms

Error messages in cmd_proc:
354 N exit status 82 status terminated received from acslh
unexpected error status terminating exiting to acsss
134 cl_ipc_write: sending message to socket 50004 failed on "no such file or directory".

Message in acsss_event.log:
ss_main: exit status (19), STATUS_CONFIGURATION_ERROR, received from acslm
ss_main: Termination invoked, STATUS_CONFIGURATION_ERROR

Changes

In some cases, ACSLS may have terminated suddenly while database updates are going on.  In other cases, acsss_config was terminated before it could complete the library configuration process.
