Symptoms

Tapes are marked as absent or missing in ACSLS
The tapes are in the library when verified from the SLConsole

Changes

Any of these changes may have occurred and triggerred events that would cause tapes to be flagged as "absent":
  1. New cell panels are added to the library and some tapes were moved to slots in the new panel
  2. The library was repartitioned and some tapes are located in the partition not assigned to ACSLS
  3. The library configuration change affected the state of activated cells
  4. In a multiple ACS configuration, an ACS is moved to be controlled by another ACSLS server
