Goal

Is it possible to suppress message SLS6699E for an ACS that doesn't yet have MVCs?
Is it possible to turn off message SLS6699E for an ACS that doesn't yet have MVCs?

SLS6699E MVC space critical - please add more MVCs to ACS

New ACS is not being used yet. New ACS doesn't have MVCs yet. New RTDs were installed in the ACS. New RTDs are not being used yet in that ACS.
