ACSLS - STATUS_COMMUNICATION_FAILED messages in ACSLS event log (Doc ID 1017202.1)

Customer observes performance degradation on the ACSLS server.  They have been having intermittent problems with eject and mount jobs not completing properly.

Cannot restart ACSLS after ACSLS was terminated.

The performance issues started when following error messages started appearing in the acsss_event.log:

cp_message_formatter: cp_display_line() unexpected status = STATUS_COMMUNICATION_FAILED

cps_display_line: fprintf() unexpected status = STATUS_COMMUNICATION_FAILED

2006-02-01 15:42:24 command process[0]:
1 E cps_getline.c 1 918
cps_getline: cp_message_formatter() unexpected status = STATUS_COMMUNICATION_FAILED
