Symptoms

vxfs panic at vx_do_vget() after nfs forced umount

Solaris panics with the following panic string:
BAD TRAP: type=34 rp=2a104b6f0b0 addr=fffffeefdeadbf07 mmu_fsr=0

The last function run before the start of the panic routine is:
vxfs:vx_do_vget+10

The complete routine entry in the messages file is:
vxfs:vx_do_vget+10 (300fd0d6bf8, 2a104b6f378, 1, 1, 3004f7ecec0, 30027cfc000)
