Symptoms

LibAttach will not install

LibAttach fails to install
LibAttach stopped working

Any of the following errors can be found in the Windows application event log (depending on the version of LibAttach that is running):
Error 1920.Service PowerRPC Portmapper (PowerRPC Portmapper) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Error 1920.Service StorageTek Libattach (Storagetek libattach) failed to start
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services
