Symptoms

When a BERR or TO event occurs, it comes quickly in mind that the problem
is HW related and often the troubleshooter ends up by replacing the
component pointed to by the AFAR. Unfortunately, this is not always HW related
and a precise core analysis is necessary to find the root cause which could
be software related.
