Applies to:

Sun Fire 4800 Server - Version Not Applicable and later
Sun Fire 4810 Server - Version Not Applicable and later
Sun Fire 6800 Server - Version Not Applicable and later
All Platforms

Goal

Starting with:

- 5.16.x firmware on the Sun Fire[TM] 3800, 4800, 4810, and 6800 systems
- 5.17.x firmware on the Sun Fire[TM] V1280/E2900 (Requires SC V2)

there is the option to use either telnet or ssh (secure shell) for command
line network access to a Sun Fire system controller. As of this writing, there
is no way to send an ASCII break via an ssh client. With telnet, it was possible
to do this via CRTL-] (telnet escape) and then typing in send brk .
