Message SLS6750E 'No Access To VTDs' After Running CONFIG To Change To SYNCHREP=YES (Doc ID 1019222.1)

Symptoms

SLS6750E after running CONFIG to change to SYNCHREP=YES.
If CONFIG was run with HSC down, the SLS6750E message was received during initialization.

After SLS6750E, no virtual mounts were serviced.
Virtual mounts not occurring after SLS6750E.

SLS6750E Invalid cluster configuration - No access to VTDs 0-15 , Cluster clust_name , PriVTSS pri_vtss , SecVTSS sec_vtss 

Changes

Ran VTCS CONFIG to enable synchronous replication using SYNCHREP=YES.
