MVCDRAIN fails due to SLS6640I.
RECLAIM fails due to SLS6640I.

SLS6640I VTV <volser> not migrated from VTSS vtss_id because of status change
SLS6888E Drain/Reclaim of MVC <volser> failed. nn VTV(s) not processed
