Sun Storage Common Array Manager Fails to Update 1TB SATA Drive HUA7210SA Firmware to 0709

Please review the symptoms below:
- Sun Storage Common Array Manager (CAM) 6.4.1 or below. Please refer to <Document 1011180.1> How to determine the version of Sun Storage Common Array Manager (CAM).
- CAM reports a Not at Baseline alarm whose text includes a statement of: Tray.NN.Drive.NN is at revision "0702" baseline version is "0709". Please refer to <Document: 1021057.1> Sun Storage Common Array Manager (CAM): How to Verify Critical Faults for Sun Storage 2500, 2500-M2, 6000 and J4000 Arrays.
- The drive model is HUA7210SA. Please refer to <Document: 1021060.1> Sun Storage Common Array Manager (CAM): How to Verify Drive Model Information.
- An attempt to upgrade the drive firmware fails without any error message when using the User Interface.
If these are true, review the csmservice log for your array to get additional information.
The csmservice log is located in:
Linux: /var/opt/cam/csmservice.log.<array name>
Windows: C:\Program Files\Sun Microsystems\se6000\csmservice.log.<arrayname>
