LibraryStation Doesn't Initialize On A Different Host (Doc ID 1021673.1)

Symptoms


Cannot run any init command
Libstation is not issuing an error message
Libstation is inactive
LSINIT command issued but Libstation doesn't start
Message SLS3406I received when an LS command is issued
LibraryStation is usually active on one specific host but is now being brought up on a different host.
The LSINIT HOST parameter lists the correct host name on which Libstation is to be initialized. 

SLS3406I COMMAND DISPLAY NOT EXECUTED; LS NOT AVAILABLE
