Symptoms

Free-cell counts for an LSM are intermittently zeroed
After installing maintenance, HSC reports no free cells
Message SLS0411I is issued about free cell counts
Display LSM shows incorrect free cell count
Problem seems to occur after entering tapes
SLS0411I Free-Cell count error detected for LSM xx:xx
