"Authentication Error: You do not have Administrator Privileges" Error Seen by Root When Launching the Administration Console (Doc ID 1163133.1)

Symptoms

The SGD Administrator observes that they are unable to authenticate with the Administration Console with the correct credentials, regardless of launch method:

• directly, by the application URL:  http://<FQDN>/sgdadmin, or,
• indirectly, as when launched from the webtop application icon of the Administrator.

In both scenarios, authentication fails with the message:

(!) Authentication Error
You do not have Administrator privileges.
