ACSLS HA 3.0 - Unexpected Restart of ACSLS Due to Cluster Probe Error (Doc ID 1164013.1)

Symptoms

ACSLS would unexpectedly restart.  No LMU, database, interface, nor software process error in the acsss_event.log.   The event log just shows the following:


The acslh.log does not show any LMU or network connectivity errors.

The system messages log shows these events:

02/10/2010 04:35:00 node1 PROBE-ERROR> Probe timed out [/opt/SUNWscacsls/bin/ACSLS/control_acsls -R acsls-rs -G acsls-rg -L logicalhn probe]
02/10/2010 04:35:20 node1 PROBE-INFO> The GDS monitor (gds_probe) has been started

Changes

Possible higher system and tape library processing load than usual.
