Goal
Secure Global Desktop and Sun Ray Server Software are complimentary Desktop Virtualization technologies that are often deployed in parallel on production systems.
Depending on configuration, each of these software suites may employ X11 to deliver remote desktop environments. The goal of this document is to describe the procedure necessary to tune the Secure Global Desktop deployment to preclude any chance for port collisions (resulting in slower response times, or lost connections) between the two products.
