Symptoms
SMC server issues message SMC0170.
SMC client issues message SMC0170.
HSC takes 878 abend.
S878-10 or S80A-10 abends in HSC
Dump title from HSC: COMPON=ASCOMM,ISSUER=SLSQESTA,COMPID=SLS - ASCOMM ESTAE ROUTINE
The problem is sporadic.
Possible messages for this problem:

ELS 7.0 PTF L1H15TU was recently applied or upgraded to ELS 7.1.
