Symptoms
When initiating print jobs from a remote UNIX application via Secure Global Desktop (SGD), the print job will fail to print and the SGD print queue will pause. Once this state is entered, all new print jobs queue in the SGD print queue and do not print.
This condition may be seen when the Secure Global Desktop server is incorrectly configured for Firewall Forwarding (
