Solaris Cluster 3.2/3.3 Shows "WARNING: CMM: Erstwhile online quorum device <qs> is inaccessible now" (Doc ID 1274464.1)

Symptoms

The following message regarding the quorum server device is seen in the message file, each day but at different times :

WARNING: CMM: Erstwhile online quorum device <QS name> (qid 1) is inaccessible now.
NOTICE: CMM: Erstwhile inaccessible quorum device <QS name> (qid 1) is online now.

There's no indication of hung quorum service on the quorum server.

Changes

It was configured a quorum server device or enabled a monitoring tool which issues scstat (or "cluster status" equivalent SC3.2 command).
