Symptoms

Secure Global Desktop (SGD) allows application objects to be launched on any one of several servers as a way of balancing the load across servers in an array environment.  This feature is described in the product documentation. 

This document describes a scenario wherein launches of load-balanced applications are observed to fail repeatedly.

Changes

One of the load-balanced servers becomes unable to launch the application.  This can be for any reason.
