Symptoms

Sun Cluster fails to start. These errors are logged in the /var/adm/messages:

Jan 24 10:56:55 acslsa Cluster.Framework: [ID 801593 daemon.error] stderr: metaset: acslsa: rpc.metad: Permission denied
Jan 24 10:56:56 acslsa Cluster.Framework: [ID 801593 daemon.error] stderr: metaset: acslsa: acsls: must be owner of the set for this command

Changes

IP addresses and host names of the two nodes in the cluster were changed.  After several reboots, the cluster services failed to restart.
