Symptoms

One of the Secure Global Desktop processes (ttaxpe) may stall for a few seconds up to 30 minutes using 100% CPU time, when used with Synopsys IC WorkBench Edit/View Plus. The application is completely unresponsive while this is happening.

NOTE: This behavior may also be observed with other, graphics intensive applications.
