SVAA and Snapshot Jobs Fail with SIB0750T: SVAA ABEND SIGSEGV(35) CODE=4 (Doc ID 1296850.1)

Symptoms

Many SVAA and Snapshot jobs fail after upgrading the z/OS operating system to z/OS 1.6 or above.

The jobs will fail with a C-TRACE back and SIB0750T error message.

The following is an example from a failed Snapshot job, but many other SVAA SIBBATCH jobs will fail with a similar C-TRACE back:
