"ErrPermissionDenied" is Seen on Failed Attempt to Join Two Secure Global Desktop Servers into an Array (Doc ID 1301636.1)

Symptoms

The Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrator may see the following condition when attempting to join two SGD servers into an array: 

Type the username and password of a Secure Global Desktop Administrator
for sgd-2-dev.remotelabs.com
Username: root
Password:
ErrPermissionDenied
Couldn't join the array.

 

Note: For reference, an example of the verbose output seen while attempting the "tarantella array join" command is shown below:
