Secure Global Desktop (SGD) is designed to allow the users to print to their client printer(s) from their application sessions.  These printers are automatically created on the user's behalf during the launch process.

In some situations though, the printers do not appear.  This document provides steps to follow when printers do not appear.

More details on SGD printing can be found within the official product documentation on the Oracle Technical Network.
