Client can not connect to Secure Global Desktop Server (Doc ID 1306157.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to connect to the Secure Global Desktop server from my desktop browser client I get a pop-up window with the error message

"Cannot connect to the server <server name>:3144."

or

"Cannot connect to the server <server name>:5307"


and no further progress is made connecting to the server.

Changes

A port (3144/tcp or 5307/tcp) is now blocked between the client and the server that was not previously blocked.
