"ERROR: configurationerror OFFENDING COMMAND: setpagedevice" is Seen When Using the "Universal PDF Viewer" in Secure Global Desktop, and the "Universal PDF Printer" Does Not Print Correctly (Doc ID 1306479.1)

Symptoms

When printing to the Universal PDF Viewer printer from an application running via Secure Global Desktop (SGD), the Adobe Reader shows:

ERROR: configurationerror
    OFFENDING COMMAND: setpagedevice


... rather than the document that was printed. A similar problem presents itself when printing to the Universal PDF Printer, where the print output contains the above message or printouts are not produced.  Reciprocally, if printouts are not produced, switching printers to the Universal PDF Viewer will show the above message.
