Symptoms
Users of VirtualBox on Solaris 10 hosts may report that networking does not work as expected within any guest VM that is configured with a bridged network interface.
Simply updating the configuration of the guest VM to use another network modality--such as Network Address Translation, or NAT--will work as expected.
