Symptoms

When trying to add a shared SCSI disk or lun to Solaris Cluster 3.x with the following command:

# clquorum add /dev/did/rdsk/d<n>s2    where n is the cluster Disk ID or DID device instance number

there is an error returned:

clquorum: (C660883) Internal error.
