How to Download StorageTek Software (SLC, VOP, ACSLS) via Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (E-Delivery)

Where can I download software tools to manage tape libraries and drives as well as report the status and event information of these devices

    -  Where can I download ACSLS (Oracle StorageTek Automated Cartridge System Library Software)
    -  Where can I download the SLConsole software (Oracle StorageTek Library Console)
    -  Where can I download the older VOP software (Oracle StorageTek Virtual Operator Panel)

Note: Only the old VOP 2.1 version can be found on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud.  Starting with the latest VOP 2.2 version, it can be found on MOS (My Oracle Support).  Reference <Document: 1014070.1> for details on downloading the latest VOP release (2.4 as of early 2018).
