I ran a VTCS config and the output shows an unfamiliar parm called LOCKTOUT.
Can I suppress message SLS6946E or change the frequency for which it is issued?

SLS6946E Host hostname has been waiting for N minutes for a lock on TTTT RRRRRRRR that is currently held by host hostname
