Symptoms

Error from smpatch when processing Solaris Cluster patches


Typical error:

126095-06: [sparc] Sun Cluster 3.2:     Localization patch for Solaris 9 sparc and Solaris 10 sparc



smpatch analyze -i 126095-06

Error: One or more of the updates specified do not have entitlement permissions.

May 10 12:06:06 <HOSTNAME> <USER>: [ID 702911 user.crit]  => com.sun.patchpro.cli.PatchServices@1884174 <=One or more of the updates specified do not have entitlement permissions.



Looking at entitlement, all appears ok to receive Software patches
