LCM Does Not Report Correct Media Type of STK1Y For 9840D Cartridges (Doc ID 1328930.1)

Symptoms

LCM is not reporting 9840D media correctly.
LCMMAIN report lists 9840D tapes as STK1U media.
Ran a report to list cleaning cartridges and noticed that STK1U was the media type given to 9840D tapes even though they are defined in HSC VOLATTR as STK1Y.
