Howto create a second ftp service on a different port in Solaris 10

When using the Solaris 10 Operating System the ftp service is not configured via inetd.conf but rather by the SMF (Service Management Facility) framework. The default ftp service will run on port 21 (ftp) and 20 (ftp-data) and now the task is to configure a second additional FTP service on a different port.
