Upgraded Ec And Co-Located Proxy From 2.5.0 1200 To 11g, After Upgrade Login Fails In Ops Center Bui (Doc ID 1332158.1)

Symptoms

Ops Center BUI login failure after EC and co-Located Proxy was upgraded from 2.5.0 1200 To 11g, in addition the following errors were seen in log files under ../satellite_proxy/xvm/logs
