LCM Job Fails with LCM0469E RC=12 Reason=304 (Doc ID 1333048.1)

LCM was previously known as ExLM.

Trying to test LCM job prior to ELS upgrade.
Attempting to run LCMMAIN on a host where a different release HSC is active.
LCM fails with LCM0469E.

LCM0469E UUI Command TAPEPLEX returned RC=12 Reason=304. UUI unsupported in release.

A common change where this can occur is when upgrading to new release.
