An administrator's attempt to shadow a user's session results in an error message, saying "Transport not available".
This behavior may be caused by many things, including:
- Disabling telnet or ssh on the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) server. (Outside of SGD itself).
- Recent modification to the connection method (ssh or telnet) on the Shadowing application object.
