Oracle Logo Screen Loops When Connecting to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure or Sun Ray Software (Doc ID 1334144.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) from a Sun Ray Client (DTU) or Oracle Virtual Desktop Client (OVDC),  the Oracle Logo Screen is seen with the  "Connecting..." message but the user's Desktop is never seen and this screen just keeps looping. Performing a STOP-N on the DTU displays code 54B.

NOTE: In this case, client authenication is disabled. If it was enabled, the login screen would loop back.

In the cacao.0 log file, the following is seen:
