Symptoms

KMS 1.x unable to start postgresql database

Following issues will cause the database to fail to start.
Check show_status 
If PostgreSQL Server: down

NOTE:
Only applies to 1.0,  1.1,  1.2,  and 1.2.1  KMS versions.
