Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Desktops' state does not change to 'Idle' even if kept unattended for a long time (Doc ID 1338718.1)

Although the users log off from the Desktop, it doesn't change to 'Idle', even if left unattended for a long time.

The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Administration GUI and the Command Line output e.g

# /opt/SUNWvda/sbin/vda pool-desktops <pool>

shows the Desktops "State" as 'Used'.
