Symptoms
1. After an RE Switch using the switch lmu command, ACSLS 7.3.1 does not bring the LSMs back
online. The port and ACS components come online but the LSMs do not come ready.
2. Mounts and dismounts may fail with an HLI 0401 error, "LSM not ready".
