Symptoms

In Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), it is found that any Desktop in a Pool that is Unassigned and in "Available" state (for example, a Desktop that is in the pool, waiting to be assigned to new user) will sometimes get assigned to users who already have a Personal Desktop assignment in that Pool.
