Symptoms
ACSLS is not starting up completely
The acsls service remains in maintenance mode
The acsls service start up log, /var/svc/log/application-slm-acsls:default.log shows these error messages:
File el_fwrite: Open failed on "/export/home/ACSSS/log/acsss_event.log" (errno=Permission denied)
