In this Document
|1a. - If the disk is mirrored using Solaris Logical Volume Manager|
|1b.- Powering Off the server (if disk is not mirrored):|
|2. Squeeze the release latch and carefully swing the arm to the left as far as it will go.|
|3. Grasp the carrier bezel with both hands and carefully pull the carrier out of the drive bay.|
|4. Install the new disk, Squeeze the release latch and carefully swing the arm to the left as far as it will go.|
|5. Grasping the body of the drive in both hands, carefully guide the connector end of the carrier into the drive bay, sliding the carrier into the bay until the arm engages and partially closes itself.|
|6. Push the arm forward and latch it to lock the carrier in place.|
|7a. If the disk was mirrored :|
|7b. If the disk was not mirrored, restore the data to the disk from a previous backup|
