ExPR reorganization fails with XPR0798E.
XPR0796I Commencing Reorg of PGMIDATA
XPR0798E Reorg abandoned for PGMIDATA due to a previous error on PGMIDATA
Ran IDCAMS VERIFY on the dataset:
VERIFY DATASET(hlq.PGMIDATA)
IDC3300I ERROR OPENING hlq.PGMIDATA
IDC3351I ** VSAM OPEN RETURN CODE IS 118
The RC=118 is an attention message that indicates the data set was not properly closed but OPEN's implicit verify was successfully processed.
